With over 20 years of international experience in the interventional cardiac field, Sreeraj Sasidharan has supported cardiologists, hospitals, and patients across global healthcare systems. Recognized for his contributions, he has been awarded and invited to present at multiple international cardiology conferences, gaining deep insights into heart disease prevention and recovery.

Driven by Kerala's soaring rates of preventable heart disease, Sreeraj returned home to pioneer a culturally rooted, realistic approach to cardiac wellness. He developed the Kerala Health Model—a practical, sustainable system that blends evidence-based cardiac coaching with local lifestyle, diet, and values.

Based in Trivandrum, he now works one-on-one with Keralites to prevent heart attacks, support post-angioplasty recovery, and empower lasting heart health—without drastic changes, guilt, or imported solutions.
